5 Steps to Getting the Best From
The 90-day Colon Cleansing
Programme
1. Order the Programme, consisting of 3
nutritional and herbal products. Start taking the supplements
as recommended.
2. Vary the amount of the main
product, Cascara Compound
Capsules or Drops, until you get 2-3
bowel movements a day.
You may need to double or even treble the
dosage for a few days or longer, to achieve this. This depends
completely on how your body reacts. If increasing the dose
doesn't seem to work, contact the supplier; there is something
stronger to start things off. They have been supplying these
products for 25 years - so they know; they are very willing to
help.
If you need additional Cascara Compound, you will need to
purchase an extra pot or bottle so you don't run out. (If you

3. After 2-3 weeks, typically, the bowel will be in a
regular routine. Once the bowel is moving 2-3 time a day, it
will usually be relatively easy to maintain that regularity.
Continue for the 90 days length of the
programme.
4. Continue with the main product - Cascara
Compound Capsules or Drops FOR AS LONG AS NECESSARY. This will
be at least a further 3 months, often up to 6,
and, especially if constipation has been a problem for you,
maybe longer. The longest we ever knew was 2 years, after which
the person concerned was able to leave off the product and did
not need it again; the colon had been 'retrained'.
Do take it as long as you need to, though.
Test if you still need it by cutting the dose in half, and see
if your colon works by itself to produce 2-3 bowel movements a
day and if so, leave it off altogether. If the colon slows down
again, resume at full dose, and continue for another month
before trying the reduced dose again.
5. Having gone through this whole Programme, some
people like to repeat for a month or 2 or 3 every year
or two, which is fine.
