12-15 drops 3 times a day in a little water or juice. But see

This is based closely on Dr Christopher's well known
and highly successful formula for improving the function of the
colon (bowel). This formula has two purposes, depending on
whether or not constipation is present.

Use:
Usually, 12-15 drops in a little water or juice, 3 times a day,
are taken. However, this may need to be varied, typically this
happens when you start to use it and if your colon is on the
slow side, or you are actually constipated.
The guide is to take enough herbs so you get 2-3 bowel
movements a day. So, if you do not have this number, then
increase the dosage until you do. For some people this may
require taking 30-40 drops i water or juice with each meal for
a few days. If you have a history of constipation, even 50 or
60 drops with each meal may be required. If this still does not
work, phone for advice and possibly a stronger formula to begin
with.
Once the colon has started moving, you will usually be able
to reduce the amount used, until 12-15 drops with each meal is
sufficient to maintain 2-3 bowel movements a day. This is
