Dosage:

(bowel). This formula has two purposes, depending on whether or
not constipation is present.

Usually, 1 capsule with each meal is taken. However, this may

constipated.

increase the dosage until you do. For some people this may
require taking 2 or 3 with each meal for a few days. If you
have a history of constipation, even 4 or even 5 with each meal
may be required. If this still does not work, phone for advice

Once the colon has started moving, you will usually be able
to reduce the amount used, until one capsule with each meal is
